The Powerhouse 3 was developed by Marathon Engines for exactly that! It serves the telecommunications industry by satisfying the remote power needs of cell towers and relay stations. The Powerhouse 3 provides safe, reliable power in a packaged unit that can be operated in almost any climate without worry about environmental issues. It runs on propane or natural gas and is clean burning with low emissions output. Applications that require heating or cooling are readily available using CHP or CCHP options. These features, coupled with a 40,000 hr. service life/4,000 hr. continuous operation maintenance interval make the Powerhouse 3 unique in the remote power business.
